What we collect and why
When you visit the site, our web server and Cloudflare, our content delivery provider, process your IP address, the pages you request, the time of the request and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the pages and to protect the site against abuse (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Server logs are kept for 30 days.
When you use the enquiry form, we store the name, email address, company, country, phone number and message you give us, together with the page you sent it from and, if you arrived through a link with tracking parameters, those parameters. We use this to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Enquiries are kept for three years after the last contact unless a contract or a legal obligation requires longer.
Our outgoing email is delivered through Elastic Email Inc. Incoming email is received on servers we operate. Email to us may be read by any member of our team who needs it to reply.
Cookies
The site sets a session cookie needed for the enquiry form to work and a cookie that records how you found the site (for example, a search engine or a referring page) for 90 days. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.
Spam protection
Submissions are checked for signs of automated abuse. If a submission is held, it is stored for review and not deleted without being read.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; the authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
Changes
This policy was last updated on 1 October 2026. We will update it when the way we process data changes.
